...just killing ladybugsby androgeusComment: Gruesome, but a part of nature. excellent realization of the challenge. Nice job. Too bad the right antenna walked out of focus. |

Adam Begins Controlby MichaelCComment: This shot made me laugh, not only from the fantasy title (what man ever really gets control), which certainly meets the challenge, but the great look in the female models face. The Man's hand placement remind me a little of the "god touching man" from Michael Angelo's Sistine Chapel. I haven't looked at others of your shots, but the lady is great. I think it would be your good fortune to get to use her often.
This is a crisp clean shot, well lit and posed. I think it must have been fun for you to create. |

Kiwi Lemon Mixby timwest167Comment: This took some work to reach to the challenge, but it was very successful. Congratulations in your thought process, execution of the subject creation, and the photographic excellence. The yellow frame is a nice addition in my opinion.
My only negative observation is the brightness of the intersection between the lemon rind and the black background. It looks almost like it is glowing and it looks artificial. Did you sharpen these areas or is this, perhaps, an artifact of adding a background. I have no idea if this is what you did or not.
Nice shot. |

Kind Loving Motherby wickee_oneComment: Well, what can I say. This title certainly describes the scene and the title is consistent with the challenge. Therefore, it seems this shot is right down the center of this challenge.
I think this shot could have used a shallower depth of field, or some judicious cropping to de-emphasize the background picnicers. I also want to see the subjects more on the right of the image. I have no idea why, I just do. Moving the subjects to the right would have masked the background people and would have moved the baby away from the bright redish roof.
All in all, I really like this photo. Great job. Thanks for sharing it with us. |

Small Orbiting Active Planetoidby robinssongComment: This is a great shot. Apparently, the feeling was typical. I am curious about the color. My experience with LED flashlights is that they are very blue white. In any event, your soap reminds me of images of Jupiter. You must have been very busy in that 4 seconds.
I am not at all surprised that it was published. It is wonderful. |

Quintessential Riverside Settingby ArtanComment: Great shot. Although there is essentially no riverside shown, I would say it meets the challange. (2) I think the shot is very well framed and exposed and the shot is cripsply in focus front to back, as one might want in such a shot. I might have liked to see a longer exposure to "smooth out" the water, but one can never tell what the impact would be until one sees the whole shot. Obviously we can't do that. (3) I find the shot very pleasing. Any calander would be proud to have it. (3)
Great shot. |

Kids Love Macaroni!by laurie241Comment: Great shot. The look on the boy's face and the saturated colors makes this look like it could be on the box of "mac and cheese". The knuckles on the hand got a little out of focus, but not to disctract from the look on the face. |

Sling the Umbrella by vtruanComment: Wonderful action shot. One can see the effort in the child's throw. All of the subject but the very tip of the umbrella is in great focus and the background is well out of focus. The sharpness of the umbrella make me wonder if this is one photo. In any event, very nice job. |

Childhood Educational Difficultiesby inshaalaComment: I love it... It fits the challenge perfectly and certainly shows considerable math difficulties. I am curious about the two forms of " 7", but I am curious about many things. |

afternoon ballet classby whiteroomComment: Very cute little ballet student and the title certainly matches the challenge. Did you intentionally make it look like a faded slide? |
