Buddhist Altarby smudgeSMJComment: Excellent subject for the challenge. I think it could have used a little light fill from the subjects lower right. Some of the statue's detail get lost... or not. I guess it is an issue of my display. Very good. |

strawby oskarakComment: I really like this shot. It almost looks like it had some selective desaturation. I do like the soft focus, but I think a little additional sharpness at the leaf and perhaps a little more depth of field would not have gone amiss. |

- Aura -by jotagaComment: Very interesting. I bit too abstract for me, but I do understand where you were going with the shot. You had to have worked very hard to get the effect. I don't think I like the white lines bounding the top and bottom, but everyone to his or her own taste.

Haiku by KarenNfldComment: This, I feel should be in one of the winner's circles. I debated for sometime about whether the stems should meet at the base of the photo or not. I never decided.
The lighting is superb. I would love to learn how to do that someday. |

It is a perhaps a place in which one could find serenity... somewhat removed from "the roar of the maddening (water) crowd". 9 for style and quality. |

Flotillaby klkitchensComment: This is a real attention getter: gravity defying water in bowls. I love it. I like the low key overall feel and while one can see the water in the bowls, the leaves still look like they are floating on nothingness. Great! |
