It could just be me, but the black looks slightly off of horizontal. I wuold also prefer to see more of the eyes. The lower lid is cut off.

I actually think the eye make-up is too harsh. That is an awful lot of black right in the center of this shot, with the hair and the eyebrows and the mascara and the eyliner. You've got a nice muted pink gloss on the lips and slight blush on the cheeks. Perhaps a soft pink or pale blue, or even just a shimmer on the eyes, leaving off the eyeliner completely.

Interesting use of angle of shot. Not coming straight in adds a hint of mystery. It's just not a shot that grabs me. Art speaks differently to different people.

I had a problem with the lighting. Everything draws my eye to the nose, which is in focus, so I guess that's ok. But I would have liked to see more eyes.
