cool nightby flyingsoloComment: The flares detract a bit. My ever present "book of knowledge", ok, my husband suggests taking the UV filter off.
I would never have known that the red dots were even called flares...see what I'm learning? |

Coolnessby gunsmith6Comment: There are a lot of warm colors here. You definitely have the necessary blues & purples, so good job there. For me, I just see the reds, yellows, pinks and that warm green first. Not really sure what to do with this in my own mind. |

Polar Bearby bevilllComment: Actually kind of fun, I personally like the hint of the warm yellow in the lemon. As it is a primary, it sets off the blue and adds more punch to it. You might be able to crop more of the dead space at the top. |

A Rose in Blueby cptpolandComment: This is actually pretty stunning. Well done (I'm assuming this was done with editing, as I don't think they've actually created a blue rose yet...at least not this blue.) |

Something Coolby O'HolleranComment: If you could have shot this against any other cool color background, you would have achieved a much deeper dimension to this. The white is actually muting the colors of the stones. After the challenge, play with your RAW and see if using purple/lavender, cool green or a royal blue in the background changes the impact. |
