Pastelby Jelena73Comment: The color of the sky is rather nice. I just don't feel a "wow" factor. |

Land Yachtby NikonJebComment: Congrats on the top 30! I really thought this would ribbon for you. This is still my personal favorite in this challenge and perhaps you'll get a Posthumous mention. |

Evening on the Huangpuby zackdezonComment: So much going on, it is really difficult for my eyes to find the boat.
I do like the reflections of the blue and red lights in the water though. Those sort of add a bit of peacefulness to this. |

Going Nowhere Slowlyby PeterPicComment: A bit over processed for me. For me and the whole HDR/processing stuff, my feeling is this...if you are going to do it, do it to the extent that you create something totally unexpected. I would exptect to see a rusted wreck with brown, red and algae. I would not exptect to see a rusted wreck shown in sublte colors (see my point?) I guess my feeling is really summed up this way...photography is 95% talent, 5% luck. Digital photograpy is 95% talent, 5% luck and an additionl 50% creativity, reserve the majority of the creativity for taking the talent into the art.
This shot shows a huge amount of talent, without all of the editing. I would love to see it as it was before you started "playing" with it.
I would consider cropping on the left so that the boat just kisses the edge of the shot. You've almost got it, but I still see some blue at the top. |

Sunday Captainby The_DentistComment: This is wonderful. The whimsy and fun is just jumping off the screen. I keep thinking that there must be some fairies or water nymphs peeking out from the rocks to enjoy the frivolity. |

Rideby senor_kasperComment: I think a more 90 degree vertical would have been better. Obviously, you can't control which direction the boat is traveling so I won't mark you down for it. |
