HOPEby VitaminBComment: Hasn't there already been enough hubbub about this image? You did a great job recreating it with tacks. |

Sharp as a Tack!by PennyStreetComment: This is awesome. You'll probably get dinged for not having the point in perfect focus, but who cares. I love the simplicity and the smoothness. |

The Rendezvousby LouisaComment: Your picture conveys the story even without the title. Very well done. |

Tacksed to Deathby bspurgeonComment: Yeah, I have a woody, but I don't care too much for pictures of him. That said, you did a fantastic job of creating motion in this shot. It is very dynamic. The tacks really feel as if they are being shot from some sort of tack shooter, and Woody looks to be in pain...falling to the ground from his tack-ssasination. |

The Wall of Waterby scarbrdComment: I'm surprised no one has mentioned how this looks like a tight crop of a shot of a man in a tuxedo...blue is the neckline, white is the bowtie, etc. It especially shows up in the thumbnail.
It's a great scene. I especially like the triptych-ishness of the openings. Message edited by author 2009-03-20 12:34:30. |

Abbazia di Sant'Antimo by GordonComment: When I saw this one, I expected it to finish at the low end...but not this low. What a shame. Any fool can point a camera at a scene and record it, but it takes a special knack to be able to distill its essence into an abstract. |
