I probably would not have thought of sound without the title, although maybe after giving it a while. It's a well-composed photo but it doesn't grab me in terms of the topic. Highlights on the skin maybe a bit too bright? Hard to tell how much of that is skin tone.

Sound modulation evokes sound. True. In terms of a picture, however, somewhat uninteresting. An electronic equalizer with a cool pattern or background would have made it more interesting.

Nice wave/spray of water. Too bad you couldn't get a more tightly-focussed shot of it, since there's all this empty space between you and it that ends up detracting a bit. In terms of topic, yes, very evocative, but then, I grew up next to this big wet thing.

Wow, slomo roman candle! That's neat; I love the arcs of light following the sparks, and at least the feel that the lighting is provided only by it even if that's not the case. For me, though, this sort of firework is more visual than aural; I don't consider it off-topic at all but it's not as strong a topical image as it might have been with a different type of firework shot (and will no doubt be stronger for others).

Clever choice of subject; in the context of the challenge it's interesting, although outside of it not so much. Very clean toilet, very dirty-looking fingernail (and what looks like a papercut as well); I suppose in this case that my eye keeps going back to the finger is a good thing, however.

Do I want to know how many glasses you broke shooting this? I'm curious if the method of breaking really was sound -- I presume the thing on the left is part of a speaker although it's hard to tell absent larger context (I had to think about whether an uncovered speaker would look like that). What are the bubbles (or bubble-like artifacts) throughout? Those are somewhat distracting, but I have no idea if they're unavoidable.

Mmm. Vodka. As everyone knows, vodka is best experienced when frozen, making your colour choice absolutely perfect as it is reminiscent of ice. I am not sure if it would have worked better against a dark background or not -- the bottle does stand out, if not as much as I would have thought. I think a little less blue-tone shadow/refaction on the left center edge would have made it stand out better as well.

It's very nice to see something besides the majority B&W and sepia tones, and this looks very interesting in purple. It's also a good flora shot.

Interesting rock striation, but I think a dark/light pattern would have suited better. I do like the lighting overall, how it fades into shadows off-center, though.

Interesting angle, but the topic matter doesn't grab me much. It meets the challenge, but that's about all.

Oh, small grammar nit: "its", not "it's". (No effect on score, certainly, but it's one of my pet peeves.)
