Looks accidentally out-of-focus rather than deliberate. At least try and keep the eye sharp IMO. Composition doesn't quite work for me, doesn't seem planned. Great subject though and nice lighting. I like the arrangement of her hair.

Argh, wonky horizon, harsh light with unflattering shadows, unable to see subject's eyes... all the hallmarks of a snapshot.

Gorgeous, I wish I could see it without the tacky border that completely ruins the mood and keeps taking the eye away from the photo. It's that bad that I have to take off 2 points for not being able to appreciate the photo.
