Your subject is great, but the composition seems off... why is the recorder right by the edge of the frame, but the head has plenty of space? Surely it should be the other way round? I'm personally missing the elbows... perhaps portrait orientation? The background is terrible... how would it have looked if you got right by the wall and shot her profile without the brick wall behind her?

Nicely done... I can't give it a REALLY high mark as 'Live Music' suggests an audience and this is obviously a set up shot, but it is well carried out. It could be quite a bit sharper though, maybe with some gaussian blur to remove jaggies.

If this was live music, you'd really be getting in the way of the audience. I can't imagine getting this close and in the way of a live gig.

Too much like a snapshot... you've captured live music and an audience but I can't see any thought about the composition. Where do you want the viewer's eye to rest? Are the performers important? It takes a second look to notice them, as they're pretty dark.

Interesting attempt to liven up the shot with a tilted angle, but I feel dizzy looking at it. Great expression. If you want to keep the angle, I'd have moved him to the top-left corner of the shot to balance the composition out.

Composition is all over the place, person on left looking straight out of shot picking his nose with another person directly behind him really spoils it. Not sure what you were trying to achieve here.

Very strange selective desat which has completely spoilt this promising shot for me. (Shouted to the heavens...) WHY?!?

I really don't think this is live music. Music is an organised collection of notes, he's just picking out random notes. Light is very haphazard, glare off the piano takes the eye away from the boy. Too much background clutter.

Very nice, love the use of wide angle. Background is nice and simple. Good colour balance. Very competent indeed, but missing an extra something... I wish the bass player was a tad more dynamic.

Yikes, how come this is so noisy in broad daylight? Did you leave it on the wrong ISO? Tree in the background really spoils the shot, as does 'ASTRY' on the left of the frame. It looks like you havent' really thought about your background at all.
