Great tatoos and hair. But WHY include half a hand? If you're going to have a hand, have the WHOLE hand. Also, I'd have placed her nearer the right edge of the frame, otherwise the composition feels unbalanced and unimaginative.

Light is too harsh, and texture of background is too distracting. Composition seems unimaginative.

Yep, this is live music but there's too much compositional clutter, it's hard for the eye to know where to settle. It does feel like a snapshot. I don't get much of a sense of what the music is like, or that this was a special moment above the rest of their show.

Composition seems unbalanced to me... I see what you've gone for with the lights and performer but it doesn't work for me. Her face is looking to the right of the shot, so the viewer's eye is led straight out of the shot. Nothing seems to obey rule of thirds, and IMO it lets this photo down. Noise is bad, did you try NeatImage?

The selective desat strikes me as naff here. Compositionally it feels a little unbalanced, I'd have moved him to the right of the shot a tad. Your desat has resulted in some red to the side of his hat. Nothing's quite sharp enough.

Photos with audience's heads rarely work unless they have their hands in the air or there's amazing lighting on them. The resulting effect here is that of a snapshot. Compositionally, why have all that space to the right? He's looking to the left, leading the eye out of the shot. Put him on the right.

If only the drum was in focus. I like the blurred hands. Background above the drum needs to be plain and uncluttered. Not quite clear enough.

Interesting effect, but certainly doesn't say 'live music' to me. Trumpet needs a little more light.

Seeing as he's at the microphone, I'd have grabbed him with his mouth open and waited for them to get a bit more into it, they look a bit static here which is not what this kind of music is about. I'd also have tried to get a bit lower so the microphone was less close to the eyes of the performer at the back.

Not sharp enough, and the composition just doesn't do a lot for me. I would have zoomed closer, leaving plenty of negative space to the left (as he's looking that way). A little overexposed.
