Obvious use of a tripod, or any other long-term stabilization tool (1-10 *is not the score of the shot though*): 6
The water is so far away to see, but from this distance it could be a 1/2 sec exposure - could be done handheld.

The silhouette of the mountain is sharp and there's small signs of star trails. The noise is a bit too much though and ruins a shot that could look very pretty if it were more clean.

The car by itself could be done with flash guns, but the road behind gives it 'taken with a tripod' proof.

Silky water and sharp rocks always points to a tripod.

Large aperture, high ISO, and lens or body stabilization *could* have pulled this off handheld.

Yes, there's some branch movement. But it's certainly not a shot that couldn't have been done handheld in a windy situation.

The first thing that jumped out at me was major jaggies in the light streaks. Not sure if that was from your sharpening method or not. Try masking those off when sharpening to give a more smooth appearance.

Still trees, road, gravel. Slight star trails.
