That metal fencing hurts the shot. It seems too cluttered with the horse so close to it.

The extremely shallow dof along with the focus seems to be centered at the crack of his eye, not on his eye. A smaller aperture would have pulled it together a bit better.

Oversaturated and possibly oversharpened. Some of the details were wiped out with the saturation overkill. May be slightly overexposed too judging from the upper right portion.
