faded bananaby idealoddsComment: Good choice to have the shoe at a slight diagonal. The bright sock stuffed into it helps meet the topic, although the dull yellow of the shoe is not bad. Wonder if a different choice of background color (to contrast instead of to harmonize with the sole) might produce a stronger result. |

Air drying is a kind of minimal approach to living. Unfortunately, the halos around the pole and shirt, whether from sharpening technique or other processing, knock this down several noches for me. |

The Crossingby PaulComment: Very nice capture. I would like to see it with just enough crop to remove the "real" feet, because they have high contrast that draws the eye away from the main subject (shadow). |
