The colours in the image are very complementary. The size of the buildings relative to the overall image give some impact. More may be achieved by cropping out some of the foreground.

There appears to be some colour banding in the sky. This may just be related to the downsizing to meet the file size requirements. (Viewed with 32 bit colour and 1280x1024 resolution)

I like the composition you've got going here. The benches lead the viever right into the image. One thing with fog is it plays tricks on your camera's meter. It appears that the image is a little under exposed.

The DOF here is almost perfect. (not all the blossoms are in focus). The background is awesome. I love it when it's totally unrecognizable and better yet just a wash of colour like this. 9

This seems to be a bit under exposed. When light colours dominate the composition, the camera's meter is fooled into trying to make the light areas medium grey. Once one area is exposed the way you want it then the rest of the exposure just falls into place.
