The Other "Woman" by scalvertComment: Very nicely laid out explaining exactly what's going on. Great expressions, composition, out of balance tilt to accentuate the emotion. Good use of the full frame. 9 |

Vietnam Rememberedby StreamtmComment: I like the zoom action. Did you highlight the key words in PP? The tie in to the challenge is a bit weak, but I suppose the text at top explains it. |

"Opps" - Sorry, I Burnt the Toast & Forgot to Cook the Egg.by sherpetComment: Nice composition, but pretty unbelievable situation unless someone is really absent minded. The egg shells add to it, but empty shells are rarely displayed with breakfast. The focus seems to be on the utinsels rather than the food. Some minor setup nit-picks, the knife handle is cut off and knife is hidden by the napkin, and the fork is a bit tilted. |

Long forgotten childhoodby JulietNNComment: Great low light shot! Thanks for the kind comments on my current challenge picture (to remain hidden for now). Top 20 on your first challenge? I guess the gin is the secret that I haven't tried yet. I'm still trying to keep in the top 50%. |

...like a spring, whose waters never fail.by mpetersComment: I love Big Basin. It's a real peaceful sanctuary between the commotion of big cities. I've been there twice over many years while traveling between Santa Cruz and San Jose. I only saw forests, not any beautiful waterfalls like this. Excellent shot. It looks like light pouring off the cliff into the water. |

Freshly Squeezed by TechoComment: Fantastic picture! I would have thought you had stacked the slices on a spike to hold them upright, but since they fell over are they balanced? You must have used one heck of a Ginsu knife. Excellent job. I figured normally the subject and background the same color isn't a good idea, but here it works great. |

The Child Withinby LimboComment: Very nicely done! Can't wait to see how you did it. The only way I can figure is a poster size eye with a hole cut in the pupil and a child looking through it. |
