02/52 - make up a storyby mitalapoComment: Love the overall color/feel of this photo - the man is interesting looking with his greying hair hanging down but still not taking away from his look of being a scholar. It looks like he is reading something rather than looking at the art - a sparse gallery which adds to the appeal - as if it must be a juried gallery and only works that pass muster are allowed to hang in it. Quite the story you have started in my head. |

Watering Holeby jomariComment: What a very unique shot ..I have never seen bees getting a drink down on the ground like that . Lovely texture in the rocks and I like how one can see where the water is seeping through. A very interesting shot. |

I always wanted a Ferrariby KroburgComment: I think you went with the right one - but I really love this one too - what a dear little dog he is - we are getting a GSD in the spring as a companion for my tiny dog. |

Amethyst Sunbird II v2 (PAW 3/52)by HarveyGComment: Very nice - this unusual bird does deserve to be seen in as much detail as possible. Good critique Alice and great job of following through Harvey - leaving enough green for it to still look natural. |

Misseby jomariComment: I love dogs and this girl is a beauty - great job getting her fur so crisp .. I also agree with sulamk about lightening the dog's eye - a bit of dodging would make her beautiful face jump right out .. I can see that there is already a catch light in her left eye so dodging it would be easy to do. For 6 months she is definitely going to be a bog dog with long legs .. just a darling - thanks for the beautiful photo - I could look at dogs all day. Message edited by author 2013-01-18 02:46:18. |

harrier-take-2by sulamkComment: A very noticeable difference and all for the good - the bird looks as if it's flying in a molten sky - still have good detail in the bird and the extended talons add such a strong contrast to the silky sky. Nicely done. |
