Wet New England Roadby RatedRComment: Zoom! I love these kinds of shots. :) Great feeling of speed and movement. I might have liked a tighter crop, there a good bit of extra space to the right. I'd also clone out the phone line, or take the shot a bit later in the evening so they are less visable. 8 |

Listen to me...by kevrobertsonComment: All you need is an ash tray on the desk with a lone cig, smoke wafting towards the ceiling. :) Come to think of it, that would have been an excellent additional element. Really like the strong side lighting. 8 |

city waterfallby fstopopenComment: There's potential here for a great shot. The problem is in too many distracting elements. Between the multiple street lights, and the phone lines in the foreground, my eyes are taken away from the best element, the waterfall. Based on what I can see, it looks like the streetlights are reflecting in the water. I'd suggest moving closer and recomposing. Trying to get the lights in the water with more focus on the waterfall. It's hard to judge what would work when I don;t live there. :)
Go back and play with this scene a bit. You really have something interesting here. 5 for the distracting lines and extra bits. With the phone lines out, it might have gone as high as 7 for me. |

Hollywood History Museumby beckettbootsComment: I love this. It's got me thinking movie theater glory days. The contrast between the green sigh and blue sky are very nice. I understand it's hard to get the neon to expose correctly. So if that's the case, great job there as well. 9 |

I Love You Tooby KonadorComment: And excellent evolution of Kondanor's tutorial. This is a great example of taking a fun idea and running with it. I like the way the two hearts end up with differing shades of red. And the placement with marriage is also excellent in holding with the two hearts idea. 10. |

3 of 3by peeceeComment: Looks a little over sharp for a black and white image. The edges on the lead blades look a bit jagged. You could also consider cloning out the small imprefections on the lead windmill, the are minorly distracting. |

Armadillo_filtered.jpgby TallblokeComment: I don't think it gets more obvious that this. :) Good colors, strong arch, and strong visual elements. I might have cloned out the street light. Then again, I might not. Keeping in mind that my opinion might change once the new challenge is posted, I see this as at least a 7. |

Life of a Trash Canby Beerme425Comment: Nice sillouette! So the first question is, how long did it take you to get this image? :) Great idea. I love the clouds, and the circular trash can creates a great crop. 7 |

Stairway of Dreamsby TooCoolComment: This image feels off. Like it;s either out of focus or you were going for a very soft feel. It's off just enough that I have to strain a bit when looking at the image. That said, I love the colors and contrast. Beautiful greens, and I love the rain puddles. 7 |

Dome from Down Underby GatorguyComment: I love the very stark graphical element ehre. Just a touch of action at the corners, and those great lines drawing me towards the center. 8 |
