Don't Let Life Pass You Byby Five_SeatComment: A nice take on the challenge. I love the vibrancy of the colours, and the fact that the rest (pretty much) is black and white.... however, I would have made the lamp light black and white too - it's quite distracting, and because it doesn't blend in, it risks being your subject rather than the man. |

The Newbornby hesamComment: I think it's a good attempt, but the texture of the fabric is off-putting and there could have been a bit more post-processing done. It might have been an idea to selectively select the green (to keep the colour in shot) and make the rest of it black and white.... that way your eye is really drawn in to the subject. |

Youthby KelliComment: Cute kid, but it seems like more of a snapshot than a portrait. Maybe if you'd processed this in black and white it might have had more power. |

Rootedby banmornComment: This is quite pretty and has an almost dreamlike quality. |

Concert Readyby GeneralEComment: It's interesting in terms of the composers stance - I think I would have zoomed in to get more of him. |

Grey Wolf by JdroullardComment: Very cute wolf (can wolves be cute? I think so), but the focus is caught on the nose. I suspect this way taken a long way away from the wolf itself. |

Elkby beekeeperComment: This is an interesting and emotive shot. It's a bit too grainy and not close-up enough though. |
