This shot speakes to a quiet relax by a big shade tree and gives you a feeling that the rest of the world can waite on you for a change. The composition is great. Did you take this in the morning or was it foggy that day? MAX!

Wonderful shot. I like the feel and the smooth lines. Their gazes are solid and lend a warm feel to the shot. I enjoy the angle and tend to do the same with some of my own shots but usually suffer the critical eye of others on the site telling me, "it would be better if you leveled the horizon" and it is not worth it to tell them that you intended to have the tilt in the first place. The DOF is spot on and the fact that the Girls went the extra mile with the skin makeup is worth loads.
This photo speaks volumes for B&W and is an inspiration to try new things for me thank you for this image. MAX!

With shots like this I often wonder if the people who rate children shots in challenges so low even like kids. Your daughter is Beautiful and the shot is Fantastic. I love the fact that she is looking sideways with her eyes and her smile is as full of life as she is. This works well in B&W. The school uniformes set the tone and carry it well. I love that they are in step with each other and the girl on the right in the photo is holding her umbrella off to the side suggesting that they just met up and that it is easier for the taller of the two, to hold the umbrella. Gerat capture, I love the rain. Keep up the good work. MAX!

Amazing captuer. The lighting is great and the setup is fantastic. Did you have to waite long for this shot or did your model cooperate with you from the start? Polor bears being a solitary animal are sometimes very picky who they will work with.:-} Reguardless great shot and on the first day to I look forward to seeing the other 29 days. MAX!
