A bit too grainy for my taste; distracts from the smooth lines of the body. And the black background does not appear to be completely black has me wondering if there is a reflection of the body in the upper left area.

The person is out of focus. I think you could have compose the photo differently to not have him right in the middle of the frame.

it's a great shot. thought the rightmost tree could have been excluded because it's so loopsided. it creates a void in that area of hte picture.
