That's actually a very interesting panning shot. While usually it is quite annoying having the subject be blurry, i think it helps give this image a surreal look.

The highlight/shadow editing is a bit too much for this image making the colors look a little washed out.

Good work on panning but the image itself doesn't really have any emotion to it. I would like it much more if there was either more scenery in the image or if the train took up more of the frame.
