On my patio....after darkby christyrackComment: This just isn't an interesting subject or composition, in my opinion. I'm unsure what the intended focal point was meant to be. If there was something about this scene that captivated your imagination, it hasn't been clearly communicated to me by this photo. |

1600 Pennsylvania Ave: no right turns.by MrYuComment: |sn't anything of interest for me in this shot. It's a bit busy and seems to lack a focal point. The tower with the glowing lights, and the flag in the background detract from the statement you may have been attempting to make with the arrows (a subject which has potential in my opinion). |

Back-Street Orangeby peeceeComment: I like the mood of the dark alley and the yellowish light. Beyond that, there really isn't enough to grab my attention for long. The cars add too much of a mundane element, detracting from the spooky quality, in my opinion. |

Spooky Nightsby weavercComment: I like the odd, gingerbread looking house. I see that it is really just an ordinary Cape decorated for Halloween but the awnings and the dripping stuff nake it look like something out of a wierd storybook. It isn't really a great photo but I like the feel of it anyway. |

Small Town; Big Skyby dsidwellComment: I like the expanse of huge starry sky. There is a nice tension between the sky and the landscape at the bottom half of the frame. This almost looks like a book illustration rather than a photograph. Very nice. |
