Good exposure. Just my opinion, but this is a rather mundane interpretation--kind of like an inexpensive postcard. The horizon is a bit tilted.

This is beautiful ... was there 4 nights last week (and submitted but withdrawn) the same shot. I don't have anything to add to this, the Buckingham Fountain is pretty wonderful to shoot at night and the colors of the background buildings compliment the colors of the fountain.
