speedby doginroomComment: Even on a really slow connection this is very small. The rules state you can go up to 640 pixels to a side. I would try to submit larger next time if not all the way to 640. |

Fins by mannenComment: Beautiful colors. Without the blurred tractor this would be very nice. |

Fuel of the Dayby KINGComment: I feel a bit silly but... what is it? Dirt? Looks like dirt in a flower pot but the title confuses me. |

Where is the Beef ?by DianaComment: I applaud your efforts in finding something truly aromatic. I think this would work a little better if it seemed more "fresh". A little steam perhaps rising from its pungent folds or just a little less "baked" looking. The lighting seems a little harsh. A diffuser held over the ripple-back brown trout would even it out a bit and reduce some of the hot spots on the grass. |

Afternoon Temptationby qachykComment: You've captured the one thing that truly disgusts me about working in an office. Why oh why do people eat so much of this stinky stuff. |

Stink Bombby ChezComment: I know I should probably know what this is but I can't identify it. Is this supposed to be mold? Barf? Without knowing what it is it is hard for me to say if it is really stinky. |

"I do"by AllyrelliaComment: Originally posted by Allyrellia: Yikes! I would have thought it was pretty obvious as to how this fits the challenge... |
I didn't give you a 1 or 2 but I did understand the message clearly. Perhaps people didn't realize that is indeed what a chinchilla looks like? I thought this was one of the stronger propaganda messages in that the meaning was clear and unambiguous and wasn't trying to sell a physical product. I do agree that it is on the soft side (pun intended) and perhaps loses a little impact by having the background image so small. I think I might have printed that part out to make a poster and positioned the little guy in front. Same concept but you wouldn't lose image space to the edges of the monitor, the browser toolbar, etc. Even better would be to have gotten hold of a model and some fake fur and done a "live" version. |
