For me there is a loss of detail around the bridge of the nose and on the forehead where the highlights have just washed out - a pity because the lower part of the face has nice high-key detail in the skin.

I feel the fiddler is a little lost with so many other people and the busy background - if he had been looking towards the camera it might have helped. Perhaps the shot here is from knee level where the group of people are on the left - looking up at the fiddler to catch his face with the case and money in the foreground?

I find the light bar (fence top?) running behind the shoulders is a bit distracting. Hard to get rid of I know, but with the face in shadow that sort of highlight draws my eye away fromt the face.
