Aperture: 5

Shot in a shade with Face upwards to get a dot in the eye.
I wanted a photo with no over exposed part and even tone ... so that I could increase contrast more later. Also i wanted a brighter eyes ..so I had my friend slightly painted with back colour.

Increased Contrast heavily. Slight increase of brightness.
Decresed the Saturation.

not in b/w, plus there seems to be some camera shake

I like the angle, smile, eyes, model very much...although i wonder if clipping blue channel a little bit during the bw conversion would have helped the shot.

Very nice alluring image. Composition is strong. Only complaint from me is the eyes beg to stand out...as is, the nose and upper lip are well focused but then it softens up around her eyes. JMO of course. Good luck in the challenge.

Beautiful tone to this shot, great crop selection. Is the focus point just a fraction off (on the eye ridges & nose - instead of on the eyes)?

Great portrait. I'd have scored even higher if it had been indeed black and white (not sepia).

Hauntingly beautiful shot but sepia DNMC in the B&W Portrait challenge IMO.

Lovely shot! Why not turn it black and white rather than the brown tinge??? Would have been really dynamic fully in black and white!

Beautiful shot. Looks like she is wearing contact lens which ruin the impact of the eyes
