She.jpgby KronusComment: This is a nice portrait. Well lit, lovely smile, nice background blur. It seems to have a greyish cast however. You might want to try to fool around a little with either levels or curves, to see if you can improve it. |

Another Sunby vtruanComment: You may have photographed something special here, although I have no idea what. It sure does have a nightish feel, but I am not too fond of it as a picture. The centered composition and poor IQ (noise, oversaturation, blown highlight) give room for improvement. |

First Rideby Love6Comment: I think this is a nice shot. I especially like the combination of crop and composition. The head of the horse is captured just before leaving the picture, whereas the little girl has just entered and faces into the picture. You might want to soften some of the shiny spots on the horse in PP, as they distract a little. I think you did a fine job on the bw conversion, but I also think this subject would look great in colour. I know this is a matter of taste of course. |

IMG_7244.jpgby BujanxComment: That's a nice macro shot. The spider is allmost entirely in focus, except for the two legs behind, but they are less important anyway. Next time you see one of those, try to get down (more) and see if you can face the spider. This will make it look a lot more impressive (with less of the animla in focus though, you can't win 'em all). |

Whaddaya lookin at?by overcloverComment: I think it's a nice portrait. I would have probably voted it a 6. I like the composition and the subtle balance between the dark colors, but I am not too fond of the eye being cut off by the hat and the shadow under the chin. Nevertheless, I think this puic is certainly worth entering. |

Pig in Reposeby Bernard_MarxComment: So it seems you are shooting a dark pic on purpose. Apart from the matter of taste, do note that messerschmitt's pics have a lot more to see. They have the same overall darkness, but there is a lot more contrast and color in any of his pictures.
I think you would come fairly close to 'a Messerschmitt' if you were to push up the highlights in the pic a little and crop the pic to a square, loosing the entire right hand side, where there is nothing to see anyway. |

Verrouillage cornesby hahn23Comment: How come this looks so static? I would have expected more dynamics in a battle like this. I'm no expert in this genre, but I get the idea your timing was not optimal |

CJby notesinstonesComment: tender gesture and great lighting. Very nice. Not a fan of the frame though but I am voting on the pic, not the frame |
