the contrast is low. that gives you a kind of 70s feel, but I still wish it were brighter. I feel like you're hiding the good spirit of your model.

This is a nice portrait. Well lit, lovely smile, nice background blur. It seems to have a greyish cast however. You might want to try to fool around a little with either levels or curves, to see if you can improve it.
