Power-Chicksby DonOlsenComment: Nice group portrait. Good theme and consisten execution. The overall lighting is not very balanced, and I think the picture is cropped too tight on the left. Furthermore, the picture is a bit soft. Despite these points, it is still a good one (7) |

double mint twins are back. double the actionby kaarissaaComment: I like the overall setting and composition. Nice use of the stairs, without overdoing. I do not like the facial expressions however, and they are quite fundamental in portraits. Furthermore, the crop is pretty tight on the left hand side and you leave a stretch of white on the right hand side. (4) |

Batman and Robbin were gay anyway...by boysetsfireComment: This is a funny snapshot, I imagine you had fun taking it. And I do like the concept of taking the picture from the other side. But still, it is a snapshot, with distracting backgrounds and all kinds of people in the picture that have nothing to do with the picture. A tighter cropped would have helped a little. (5) |

Yeah, im over hereby renefunkComment: Not much of a group portrait imo, rather a picture of a group. Many members of the 'group' are behind other members or cut of from the picture. The picture contains too many elements to look at and has no clear composition to lead the viewer's eye thruogh it. The use of DOF is nice though, and gives te picture some depth. (4) |

Take a Hikeby Pipe_DreamComment: Mostly nice lighting and a genuine group portrait. Composition of the group is apparently given some thought here, and surrounding elements are functional to the picture. Not a stunning or exciting picture, but a good group portrait (8) |

Goofballs!by GThumbtackComment: technically more or less okay (bit dull colours), but funny faces in portraiture is a big nono for me. Background is distracting as well (4) |

Clubbers by MissAunicaComment: No, sorry. This is not a portrait, it is a snapshot. And not even a good one. Too many things happening in one picture, harsh lighting, silly acting people, unthoughtfull cut-off, not even an attempt at making a composition, not in focus, red eyes. (2) |

San Francisco Love Fest!by Blue MoonComment: Nice clear image, with vivid colours. The pink hair is slightly blown out and I am not that sure that the focus is spot on in this image. Furthermore, I see a lot of distracting things in the back. (5) |

... I Do!by edmengComment: Nice wedding picture. I am sorry to say I think wedding pictures are boring. Furthermore, I feel that your picture is capturing an event, instead of taking a portrait. It's a thin line, I know, but let me explain. I do not like that the guy's back is so much in the picture. In an event registration, that's fine, the guy is functional. In a portrait of the wedding couple, he's misplaced. The same holds for the woman we see between bride and groom. Behind the bride we see a shoulder that makes the bride looks like she has huge and funny boobs. (4) |
