Except that it's not the right kind of "mugshot." The picture itself lacks contrast. It's artsy, and I like that. Use brighten and contrast and a bit of saturation...then add a texture layer over it to make it look like a painting. Then I think you have a very nice image to show off outside of this challenge! The cropping is great...maybe a bit of the reflection on the bottom cut off.
