I can't make this the winner, but only because it isn't quite as stiking as my favourite: a solid 9 though - I love that line of contrast between the top of the egg and the black, and the light|contrast with the relected light underneath the egg. Did you try a version with the egg placed further to the right of the composition? I'd be interested to see that ...

This is staggering - really brave, confident, and very very gorgeous: has that simplicity of 'I could have thought of that, and done it' but of course no-one else did. The first photo on this site that I'm going to rate 10. How'd you get the field so white without it looking over-exposed? Is that just because the background itself is so white? Fabulous ...
