Local Hang Out Day 3by emily212Comment: You shot this at the right time of day to have the lights stand out, and to also get detail all over. Nice peek at the local honkey tonk. |

Taking Flightby EBJonesComment: Excellent rection time, and fortunate that your camera was ready. I like the weeds as they add a sense of what the scene looks like instead of just a bird with water behind it. |

Fanby RetroesqueComment: Nice composing with the way the circles are a bit off center. lots of lines and curves and a very metallic look to it too. These ventilators have been around for a long time, and the wind turns them and makes them pull hot air out of a building. They are a very energy efficient (green) way of helping cool a place, and help to keep humidity lower inside. Most of these have a shutter that can be closed when it is cold outside.
I never would have thought to photograph one from directly below for it's graphic quality. |

Day 1 City of Goose Creekby UNCLEBROComment: Nice small town sunset kind of image.
I guess that this town is where the 70's country rock band, Goose Creek Symphony" got it's name.
Glad you could make it to the Where You Live challenge. |

Day 3 - Liverpool v Evertonby SweetlittlepixieComment: Good exposure in this shot. With the big windows and the fog, everything is evenly lighted. When I went to London to appear in a "Scrapheap Challenge/Junk Yard Wars" episode, I noticed how much better the construction quality of homes and buildings was in the UK. Here, they just throw housing up cookie cutter style, and as quickly as possible, with nothing square or straight.
I see that your cat has found the warmest spot in the house.
Very nice capture of everyday living UK style. |

Day 4 - DownTownby xXxscarletxXxComment: I like your downtown. Good PP to get the sky kickin' and the buildings looking so good.
What's the street sign say? Is it "watch for kangaroo poop"? : )
Good image and a nice looking place thanks to your camera eye and computer magic. |

Day 2 - Rusty's Birthday!by bs-photosComment: Right cool that the eyes and candle are the only things with color in this image. You did a lot of work to get this image completed. How does Rusty feel about being a celeb? Most cats are a bit camera shy.
Happy Birthday, Rusty Cat! |
