Yellow on Iceby KazComment: A really nice photo for me. We've seen yellow objects on black and on other dark backgrounds, but this is original and really captivating. The colors work so well together, too. I like the yellow object in the upper left of the photo; the ice below creates a nice base that supports the whole photo. |

Night Witchhazelby SwashbucklerComment: Weird and unearthly, this photo is not only about yellow, it speaks to me that yellow can be fascinating and interesting. The pure void in the background is a perfect backdrop for the ever interesting textures. The focus or sharpness could possibly be better, but this is a nice photo for me. |

Yellowby GussiComment: Nice capture of this drip/drop. The most interesting thing about the drip are the little tendrils that emanate from the center. Which is why I'm puzzled at why you would crop the photo so as not to include them. It does make the image as a whole interesting to have such a void on the bottom, and I happen to really enjoy dramatically cropped images like this. |

Alien Transmissions At Dawnby magnetic9999Comment: A beautiful sky, and I'm curious about the weird shape on the apex of the roofline. The silhouettes set the yellows of the sky quite nicely. Try experimenting more with how much silhouette you include. For me, darks always seem more interesting (more mysterious?) than the lackluster sky colors at the top fourth of the image. |

Old Yellow Eyesby daysezComment: A little blurry, but I like the rich dark textures you counter point with the yellow of the eyes. |

I guess that's why it's calledby snowleopard10101Comment: I like the blur of the lights and the people--it shows that this is an active, engaging place. I kind of wish the bridge itself was in focus, though. Your colors and composition work well together. |

Wings of Yellowby BJComment: This photo caught my eye as I was browsing. I really enjoy the different shades of yellow here, the darker containing a fascinating texture. |

His Favourite color by HoogieComment: What you've captured here better than anything else are the various textures which I want to keep exploring endlessly. To this end, the lighting and depth of field are impeccable. |

Sunburstby mariomelComment: You really caught good light with this photo. The flower seems almost glowing, especially that ring just outside the stamens. I really enjoyed how you filled the background at the top instead of leaving a void. The flower, though stunning, isn't enough for me, and the background still leaves things to be explored. |

She Measures Upby ShiiizzzamComment: Bold, original idea that works for me. The theme is clearly yellow, and I like the composition. Have you tried fiddling with the light so that there is more dark, especially on the left side of the photo? That may create more contrast and more interest. Very cool work. |
