Follow Meby ImagineerComment: She is so light, she seems almost a ghost! I love the ducks going one way and the girl going another. |

Work's Doneby ChrisW123Comment: I took a hay bale photo, too! But did not submit it. Yours is better. Nice composition/still life. Colors are very muted, that that's a field for you this time of year. Perhaps B/W may work well here, as colors seem of little significance and your emphasis is on the structures of the bales? Nice. |

Black Cat on Black velvetby ladpupmoeComment: I like how the lighting makes the eyes shine and how it serves to subtly define the cat's body. Oddly, the low key lighting doesn't create or heighten the tone or mood of the photograph. Perhaps a different perspective or point of view would help. |

Controlby KonadorComment: Ominous title with the low key lighting! This appears to be a game controller of some kind? The lighting gives it definition and mood, but then it's a game controller, so the two don't quite match for me. Composition is interesting and suggests that this object is part of a larger environment. |

Ironmanby orussellComment: Low key lighting does add a bit of mystery to this object, as it seems very technology oriented, but I'm not sure what it is? |

lady with a shoulder drumby kenboComment: The low key lighting here heightens the exotic feel of this doll. The direction the light comes from is very nice and helps to define the doll into three dimensions. Very effective composition. Some may claim that it's not dark enough, but I find it low key and engaging. |

"A Helping Hand..."by tfarrell23Comment: Wonderful composition with lots of void for the hand to help. The low key lighting adds a sense of danger. The hand could even be darker and perhaps heighten the danger further. Currently, it is brightness reaching into darkness, and that works, too. |

Back In Timeby autoolComment: I l ike the unique idea of this still life, and find your arrangement very satisfying. The low key adds a feeling of sad nostalgia to me, as if these skills and tools and way of life are fading into the darkness of memory and history. |
