I'm not sure this shows a 'battle' between the sexes - he doesn't seem to be struggling that much :-)
it might be nitpicking but her shoes and trousers seem inconsistent, and while the trail of clothes fits in nicely with your theme perhaps a lacier bra in a colour that stands out from the floor might have been a better choice.

I think this is a fun idea, the only problem for me is that the doll now appears to have a faceless head on it's shoulders which leaves me wondering why it's looking for the head in the vegetation . . get's a vote from me though.
