I really like the subject in this photo and what you've captured!
My comment is the intense white in the background is too bright. Maybe replacing it with a shade of grey would help to make the contrast less noticable.

Sweet girl, more work needed on losing the background, but worth the effort - the white helps focus attention on her beautifully.

I'm a little picky on her hair, but she's a cutie. Can tell you used the paint brush on the background though.
