This looks like a really nice portrait with way too much processing. The skin is a white/grey colour and looks like a mannequin due to heavy handed nise reduction. On a lighting front I would say it's very nice soft light but could use a little light into the eyes which are very dark and don't have enough of a catchlight in them. Lots of potential but a few things really detract from the shot IMO
