The Sausage Maker by jasonlpriceComment: Possible (IMO) the best image in terms of meeting the descrition and the idea of the challenge. When you add thisto the very strong balck and white conversion and the wordless story that the sausage makers face and arms tells it all combines to make a genuinely outstanding image. Bumping to 10 and I hope this does brilliantly for you |

Escape 1907 by The_DentistComment: One of my favourites of the challenge, great image which works very well simplt because of the contrast of the centred and repretitive image with the stromg leading diagonals that the stairs provide. Possibly could have done with a little more contrast but I am guessing that you kept it a touch muted to add to the 'aged' look of the shot
Very good job |

Alone at the Grocery Storeby BAMartinComment: This shot made me smile as I can always remember as a child loving to ride this sort of thing. A very unique take on the challenge as it does bring out that in a childs world magic and wonder can be found near the most mundane things |

Jailedby MelethiaComment: I have to say that I am not really a cat person, but I did like this shot, simply for the incredible colour and hairfine (literally) sharpness along Tabico's nose, which menat that the viewer could almost 'feel' the picture
Wonderful textures and a nice take on the challenge

In Ice, Light, and Shadowby colorcarnivalComment: Well I see from the OOBIE and Posthumous threads that this was a photo that really touched some people, and for me even if a lot of people did not get it this is so much better than having everyone go "hmmmmmm its OK".
Very clever take on the challenge, and I love the sharpness of the emerging sticks. Really top class B&W conversion as well. Overall an image that will have a lot more long term appeal than many that finished above it in the challenge

Great to see you entering another challenge and congratulations on the impressive top 30 finish. This was one of my favourite shots in the challenge, as not only did it perfectly fit the challenge description but it did so in a wonderfully unique way. I love the symettry of the image and the wonderful range of tones in the black and white conversion (somehow you have got very black blacks and very white whites, but the shot does not appear harsh and has a gorgeous softness to it that compliments the image completely)
Fantastic photo |

The Great Leapby CharleneComment: Boy I read all of Nutzitos comments and it almost made me feel guilty for really liking the shot exactly as it is!
I appreciate that a lot of people did use swings but I thought the motion on this shot helped set it apart from others. I can just imagin some kid flying through the air screaming Wheeee as they catapult themselves from the swing
Really nice job and another good finish |

You must be Quackersby TacTZillaComment: A shot of absolute magnificence. Not only have you caught a wonderful moment of action but in doing so you have also managed to create an image of technical genius. The brilliance of the colours the sharpness of the mallard, the water suspended in midair are all genuinely breathtaking. Bump to 10 |

Migrationby kawesttexComment: Well regardless of all the incredible close ups of birds in the challenge this shot has to be one of my favourites. Fantastic capture and I love that you have both caught so many bird in the shot and the way that they form a what looks like a lazy scrawll acros the sky but which simultaeneously has a pattern and form to it
Great B&W coversion as well, the noise and softness adds wonderfully to the ambience of the picture
Bump to 9 |

Flying Duckby laserComment: Lovely capture of a duck in flight. Love the composition of the shot and the gentle motion blur on the wings. I like what appears to be the reflected setting sun in the water as well which gives the shot a sense of time |
