I like this a very much. It is the kind of place that does not exist here in the desert. My only complaint is the compressed look from what I would guess is the use of a telephoto lens. A wide angle lens would have given the photo more of a feeling of depth.

This almost looks like an infrared filter was used. Very nice effect but it is a bit too bright for my taste.

Looks like a lot of tone mapping or maybe just lots of sharpening. Interesting effect. Is that a power line at the top? It is a little distracting.
