Very serene image. I like the two ducks, and the concentric circles moving away from them. Most of the lines in the image manage to draw the eye right to them as well. All I could ask for is a little more detail in the shadows.

Purple challenge, Take 2! :) I like the composition of this one, and the purple cloth seems to bring out the same color in the one eye that we can see. There is even a pretty good amount of detail in the reflection in her eye that I like. In fact, the only thing I would change here is the size. Free Studies allow up to 720px width.

Cool! This is very dramatic! I like that you can see what appears to be the leading edge of this storm rolling in, and the bolts up high are just an added bonus to the main bolt reaching down to the ground. Great capture!

The colors are very vibrant, and the flower stands out well against the bright blue of the background.

The flash lighting does leave some rather harsh shadows on the leaves and this is, unfortunately, not the best looking specimen. There are holes in the leaves, and some of the petals are wilting.

Great timing, and wonderful stop action. The image is a little small, though, using less than half of the allowable size, and the edge of your dish in the upper left corner distracts a little.

Ok, points for making me chuckle. Still, this looks like it might have been taken with onboard flash, and the lighting overall appears flat and uninteresting.

I think this would have worked better without the big metal gate in front of them. Specifically, because it is blocking out her eye, and has some spiderwebs on the top that are a little distracting.
