The lower half of the shot feels quite empty to me. Cropping off the bottom third might create better balance.

A bit more depth of field would be nice so we see his whole face in sharp focus.

Kinda heavy on the post processing as I am seeing some definite haloing. :(

A really pleasing shot and well framed. Great sense of motion in the bird and the grass at the bottom adds to it. A little underexposed IMHO but overall really well done.

Really great subject to shoot and well handled. I would have considered cloning out the light post in the background. The sepia works well here. A little underexposed however going any brighter would overexpose the snow. Not sure how to handle this situation in post but it would be nice to add a bit more light to everything but the snow. (A levels adjustment layer maybe and erase out the mountain?)

Not sure about the composition here. I like the placement of the horizon line but the tree should be off centered more or entirely centered. (Maybe centered with a square crop?) I imagine you converted this to b&w which works well here as it is a naturally monochromatic scene.

Wow. Astounding colors without looking oversaturated. I like how you create a natural frame for the picture. If you could get up a little high it would be nice but that's being nitpicky.

I would get rid of the thick border and use the whole space for your shot. The steam would have more impact if we could see it better.

I normally don't like borders but it works well here as it helps define the boundaries of the picture. Nice lighting and really good colors.
