Building Bondsby ltlmschrisssComment: It took me a moment to realize exactly what it is I was looking at. Usually that's a bad thing but it was almost like one of those 4D images you have to stare at just the right way to see the image - once you "get it" it feels like a light just came on. |

26th St. & Madison Ave. by MisterMarcusComment: I am guessing that this was hand held as the bottom of the buildings is bit blurry. A tripod would definitely have helped here. |

Resistance of Timeby BrinComment: terrific image. I love the dramatic sky. Great contrast in the subject with superb detail. I really like the feeling of depth that this composition creates. The edgy processing works really well with the subject too.
My guess is that this is in Iceland? (I'll see in a few hours I guess) |

The last light over an old wellby HighNoonerComment: I am guessing HDR processing was used to get the tonal range here. Really effective use of it. I love the colors especially in the rocks and the sky. Good detail captured in the wood above the well. |

That aside, I'd be curious to see what this would look like in black and white. |
