Blue Eyesby katlynComment: what a neat bug and a great color repetition between bug head and stalk...more focus would have helped...if you had moved back a bit and gotten the whole bug would you have lost that or lost the emphasis on the eys? |

The Spider and the Beeby ibequeenComment: what an interesting spider - I would love to know what it is. The monochromatic feel of the spider and the leaf with the jarring strong color of its prey and the spots on its (spider) legs are very nice - a quarter inch crop on top would have removed that triangle of darker green which distracts a bit |

Spider in your faceby andygoughComment: I am spider phobic and have always thought a Tarantula would just be too much to handle (I think this is one) but this image is wonderful...little beady eyes and furry texture ...to bad the focus coudln't have been a little sharper |

Rainforest butterflyby kostiaComment: the butterfly is almost lost, overwhelmed, by the passion flower but the color balance is interesting
it would have been good to throw the background even more out of the image - a black card or some such , or brown? |
