Pardusby MyrkvaComment: Captivating stare. Very nice.
While I like the tall crop, a square around the face would have made the interesting part larger on the screen. |

GP7L9736 (1).jpgby malinaComment: Awesome! Love the expression, absolutely love the rich colors, and the DOF really brings the focus to her face. Perfect job on the vignette.
A fantastic portrait! Insta+fav!
As for the crop, I think it's great. I might have offset it a bit more left, or dead-center on her eyes. But I also like it as-is, because her hair gently balances the composition. |

Skate in the Cityby CalamitysMaster00Comment: Sweet move, and a great action shot! Wish there was a bit more light on the skater. The texture is really in your face - I might like it a bit subtler, but maybe not. =) |

Edyenby njsabsComment: Wow, Jennifer! Can a add you to my favorite photog's more than once?!
The very saturated color is lovely. Beautiful background. What lens/aperture?
The only thing I would do is up the reds in the highlights - she looks a little blue/green cast. Maybe it's my monitors, though... My prints come out a little red sometimes. =)

Ashleyby njsabsComment: All I can say is wow! Great portrait, Jennifer! Let me see if I can dissect it:
- Lit from the left - looks like flash reflected on a large card or wall. Can't tell how the hair below her left ear is lit... I don't see a reflector in her eyes. ???
- I assuming the cold color effect is mostly a function of post processing?
- PP effect for the lines in the bkg. Can't tell what the bkg is.
Well, looks like I have more questions than answers. =) +Fav, btw. |

Kaylee 2by timfythetooComment: Cool, thanks! I own the Vivitar 285HV and love it. The Tamron 28-75 f/2.8 would have been my first choice if I didn't go for the 24-105. =) |
