Detail on the bird is pretty good though a little too bright on my monitor; the white reflection in the water taking up half the frame feels like it's taking too much of the composition.

The processing/effect seems at odds with the subject, who is placidly swimming and seemingly unaware of whatever zoomy thing is going on unconnected to his movement. While it generally focusses attention on the duck, there are a few pretty clear branches caught in the maelstrom which also grab the eye. The overall effect is not pleasing to me.
