Fieldsby birkinComment: Elegant sweeping curves. The clouds are nice and dramatic too. |

Deadwoodby twilson944Comment: Strangely personified actually. The wood looks like a person stretching, or a dancer bending backwards about to leap up again. Nice diagonal curves. |

Prairie Sunsetby artvetComment: Beautiful! Is that tonemapping I see before me, or were the colours actually like that? Gorgeous either way. I love the sense of movement in the clouds. |

Refugeby quiet_observationComment: Cool picture, but would be much better if the horizon was level. As it is, I feel like I'm falling off the right edge of it. |

Reflecting on the Pastby KarenNfldComment: The dramatic dodging and burning entirely shifts the focus away from the subject matter. Interesting picture, but I think slightly more subtle editing would've brought out its potential more. |

A Day Outby sarberComment: Extreme colours! It's like the orange is reaching out from the screen to attack me. |

Optionsby manishComment: Good composition, I like the interaction of the horizontal and vertical parallel lines, and the rule of thirds works well too. However, it's a shame that the hillside isn't a bit more exciting, and I would've played with the sky a bit in post-processing. |

Humanity: Changing the landscapeby libitumComment: The message is interesting, but the shot could've technically been much better done. For this kind of image, I do think everything should be in focus, so the aperture should be different. Also, are the black spots in the sky from dust on your sensor or something? This is expert editing, you could've easily fixed that. |

Bonnie Scotlandby kevrobertsonComment: The landscape is nice, but looks a bit overprocessed - the colours just don't look natural anymore due to too much saturation, and I believe you've lost all the hillside texture detail due to too much noise reduction. I do, however, approve of the subject matter - go Scotland! |
