Lovly still life. I like the choice of page that the book is opened to. I think I have that same bottle of Merlot! LOL! I have a feeling that some people will object to the reflections in the glass and in the bottle, but they don't bother me at all. Gives a sense of "realness" as opposed to an artificial set-up in a studio.

very very cool shot. i love the way the rope leads the viewers eye right into the seat of the kayak-- makes me way to jump in and start paddling. the colors are very vibrant, yet not overly saturated. well done!

I like the repetitive patterns and the thing that makes this photo interesting to me is your choice to overlap the textures on the right side of the frame. Nice touch. Without that, this shot would not have been nearly as unique or compelling to look at.
