Top speedby heidaComment: *Critique Club*
Very nicely done. Definately says speed. Your colors and lighting work well here.
I really wouldn't change anything here it works very well for the speed challenge.
I do though have one question what was it? The white slash looking mark has my curiousity.
Again very well done!

WINNING THE RACEby basia03Comment: Critique Club
Very sweet photo of a little girl swimming. It does seem a little soft on the focus, perhaps trying an unsharpening mask might help you. Your colors here are extremly good and there is a nice texture created by the bubbles in the water.
As for meeting the challenge of speed it is a little weak in portraying the feeling of speed but I do see some motion in it. Keep working on them.

Where does it all lead?by JPRComment: Critique Club
Very nice representation of unanswered questions. I like the way the eye forced to follow the maze of the steps and it makes you wonder where they lead as the disappear out of the image.
Your lighting here isn't bad but could be slightly brighter, the shadows take away from the steps.
It is overall very nice. It is nicely done keep up the good work.

Unanswered Questionsby karmatComment: *Critique Club*
This is an outstanding photo for unanswered questions. The composition is well thought out and very nicely excuted. Definately a wonderfully refreshing idea.
Your dof used seems to work well, hard to believe she isn't leaning against that pole.
If you are going to use it for anything else see if you can spot edit out the wires they don't do anything for the overall finished look.
I can't say enough how much I like this image it really is a very refreshing take on the challenge. Nicely done.

Small Talkby kavamamaComment: Simply stunning. I was hoping to see someone do something like this. The natural lighting makes it all the more natural. Beautifully done. 10 in my book |

Your focus here is so good if you gave me a little more of the tickets I'd be able to print them out and meet you there =o) All joking aside its a really great take on the challenge. |

Busy Bees by jerrftComment: *Critique Club*
Wow this actually fits two very recent challenges both the B Challenge and the Speed Challenge.
It is such a cool photo it really does show so much it has a great deal of detail in it. Your focus is fabulous. Your bees moving around blurred and then the honeycomb being in such wonderful focus.
A very good finish my question is did you try cropping it differently so you would cut out the left top corner? Although I know it is bees moving it seems to distract from the rest of the photo.
Nicely done and congrats on the 3rd place
