Tree.jpgby robgs57Comment: Tough shot. Not a lot of tonal separation and a ton of fine detail, so things tend to get lost in the mix. Would be an interesting challenge to find ways to get your subject (presumably the tree) to pop from the background. |

Day 4 - Bleakby ArtysteComment: This is actually pretty interesting for such a mundane subject. Little top heavy with all the white, but the chrome bits make for some nice tones and the whole thing has a pleasing minimalist feel to it. |

Day 5by edmengComment: Very cool. Window reflections always make for interesting shots. Only things that pull it back - jaggies around the frame from too much USM and the tilt at the top from the lens distortion (unavoidable unless you had a ladder handy). Very nice shot. |

Black and White - Day 5by alexjackComment: Much preferred over the first one. Just the change in pose makes for a much more interesting shot. The texture on this guy's face (as well as the overall lighting) make this a perfect candidate for some careful dodging and burning. Quite nice. |
