The Plug In Drugby EricMGB1974Comment: The exposure and composition of this image is perfect. The eyes are a bit over the top on the girl on the left, which looks cartoonish compared the girl on the right. You might want to try a black border for this image, as the red one just doesn't look right. |

Going Nowhereby lwiley212Comment: A very nice shot under tough shooting conditions. My only suggestion is to crop a little off the right side to eliminate the plants across the street. The corner of your display window provides a leading line right to it and my naturally followed. |

The Lone Pebbleby andriComment: Exceptional work on the B&W conversion. Glad I came back to comment on this, as I underated it the first time. Enjoy the bump. |

Floating and Stationaryby gisliComment: The reflection in the calm water is exceptional. You might want to try a vertical crop emphasizing the boats and see if it changes the emotion of this image. The boats convey relaxation which doesn't really fit with the truck trailers and storage tanks. |

A Brief Respiteby L1Comment: You found a very good subject for this challenge but there are a couple of issues that are hurting your score. First, I wish you would have removed the water bottle from the empty bench before taking this image. Second, you might want to try cropping this image so that the empty bench is the same distance from the edge as the occupied bench. This would really help balance this image and remove the red tile distraction on the left side of the photo. An added benefit to this crop would be the lightest part of the image would be on the far right, which would naturally draw your eyes from the empty bench to the occupied bench and evoke a comparison of the two. |

Dog Heaven (it would move if it could)by Jason_CrossComment: A pleasant enough image with great colors but it doesn't convey much effort on your part towards this challenge. There is tremedous detail in the hydrant; however, there is equal amount of detail in the fence in the background. Perhaps if you reshoot this image in different lighting it would add some character giving contrast to the hydrant and decrease the features in the background. |

concrete through a dirty mirrorby agenkinComment: A unique perspective and the B&W give a definite urban feel. However, there is very little difference in tonality and contrast between the various concrete structure and I'm left to wonder if this image might have been more effective in color. |

wants to flyby coolharComment: A stationary object that conveys motion is a refreshing take on this challenge. The exposure and focus are spot on. Not as high on the emotional wow factor as some of the other entries but a superb picture. |

End of the roadby walrus451Comment: A very nice image that is very well done. However, there are several similar images in this challenge which diminishes the wow factor of your entry. This image deserves to score in the sixes. |

Stationary Stationeryby WillSnapsComment: The technical aspects of this image are well done and I can't think of one thing to improve it. The image itself has a stock photo type of emotion to it and your score suffers a little when compared to the large number of images that have more emotion in them. |
